All frames are custom-made and hand-painted upon your order. The frame designs you see
on this site are digital samples and the actual, painted frame colors will vary slightly.
If you would like a custom designed frame, please contact me and I can design a frame to match
your nursery decor, or anything you would like, made especially for you. The possibilities are endless!
Each item is mailed Priority with insurance and delivery confirmation by USPS. If you would like a
particular service, please contact me before ordering so we can make other arrangements.
Illinois residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax on order totals prior to shipping costs.
All credit card payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment processor.
You do not need a PayPal account to place an order, your credit card can be processed securely
through its merchant payment software.
Your privacy is of the utmost conern to me. I will never sell, lease, or share any of your personal information.
Because the frames are hand made to order, I do not accept returns unless there has been
an error on my part. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact me and we
will work out a solution. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded and any costs incurred
for replacements will be at the customer’s expense. My concern is that you are thrilled with
your frame. Once I receive your order, I will send an e-mail to confirm your order and discuss
any other concerns you may have.
